Our tech jacket was fashioned with water-wicking materials and a cozy microfleece lined interior. It's got a scuba hood, water-resistant zippers with inner wind-blocking flaps, and drawcords with toggles at the hood and waist for uber protection. The exterior is 100% waterproof (but pssst...the seams are not), so extended exposure in the rain isn't recommended.
