    Return Policy

    Global Blank is an owner operated small business and we do our best to provide the best customer service. We offer free shipping for outgoing sales only, you are responsible for return costs and subject to a 10% restocking fee if product is not in original packaging.  Refunds are within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit or a refund to the original payment method. 
    Please note the following exceptions to our return policy:
    • Discounted and/or altered items cannot be returned
    • Returned items must have tags still on
    • Returned items must have no visible or smell-able signs of wear or use

    To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
    1. Email us through the returns link at the bottom of the website with your name, contact info and order ID.
    2. We will confirm the desired action with a follow up email 
    3. Send all items back to us using the label provided for qualified returns or with your desired shipping method.
    4. Refunds will be completed upon receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise.
